Rehearsal Is Slated For Kaleidoscope Show
Rehearsal for the more
than 80 models participating
in the “Fashion Kaleidos-
cope’’ Pattern Style Show is
scheduled for 6:30 p.m.,
Thirsday at the Civic Center
Auditorium. The rehearsal
will be under the direction of
Mrs. James Boyer and Mrs.
George Felknor, coordina-
tors for the show. All models
are urged to be present.
The Pattern Style Show is
being sponsored by the Bay-
town Branch, America!
Association of University
Women and will be held Fri-
day, March 20 in the Civic
Center Auditorium at 7:30
p.m. Models will be wearing
outfits fashioned from pat-
terns and fabrics from Say-
brook Fabric and the Pin
Cushion.
Several door prizes will be
given away including a gift
certificate and a pair of elec-
tric scissors from Saybrook
Fabric and a set of sewing
instruction from the Pin

architectural feeling with
the creativity of the artist.
Among the paintings are
two haunting portraits In
achromatic color tones
with depth and Intensity.
One is titled “Pensive”; the
other in alizarin crimson
tones, titled "Red Light". He
several large
paintings of city scenes,
buildings and a small land-
scape.
The show will be
previewed to Invited guests
at a reception Friday night
and open to the public Sat-
urday for two weeks.
