Presbyterian

bride chose an empire gown
of silk organza and Chantilly
lace featuring a scooped
neckline and butterfly
sleeves. The attached train
extended to chapel length.
Matching lace enhanced
the tiered finger tip veil
which depended from a
Camelot cap of lace and
pearls. She carried a cas-
cade of yellow roses.
Matron of honor was Mrs.
J. D. Graham. Bridesmaids
were Miss Jean Newsome
and Miss Donna Jo McEl-

Ronald Everett Landry Is announced by her
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis W. Hoffeld of
2S16 Pecan Manor. Landry is the son of Mr.
and Mrs. Gerald F. Landry of 2505 Pecan
. Manor. A Nov. 24 wedding is planned. The
bride-elect attends Ross S. Sterling High
School. Landry attended Robert E. Lee High

Mike Maloy, hospital ad-
ministrator, was guest
speaker. He discussed future
plans for a children’s ward,
the enlargement of the
pharmacy, physical therapy,
central supply and admitting
office.
A department of nuclear
medicine is in operation. The
new fetal heart monitor
measures the heartbeats of
unborn babies and the
contractions of the expectant
mother.
Stephen Bernstein, hew
assistant administrator, was
introduced. He recently
worked in Richmond, Va.
The auxiliary is in the
process of setting 'up a
lending library fpr patients.
Sterling Municipal Library
will furnish the books. Mrs.
A1 Chappell is chairman.
' Magazines are also
needed. Anyone wishing to
donate them may call the
hospital or Mrs. Chappell.
