Dr. Martin L. Cole was inaugu-
rated as tenth president of Texas
Lutheran College. Dr. Cole has
been serving in this capacity since
June when he arrived in Seguin
from his former post at Eastern
New Mexico University, Portales,
New Mexico, where he had been
serving as head of the History
Department.
The ceremony began as the aca-

ence.” The address concerned the
place of the church-related col-
lege in American higher education.
