mixed up about this. It can only he fair market

of Mr. and Mrsr Kelley, Lloyd Garrett, W.N.
I-ofton and Lou Jeannene Kelley.
Officers of the Taxpayers Association include,
Kelley; Garrett, vice president; Jack Hender-
son, treasurer; Betty Milner, secretary. ' "
When asked about the number of members,
Kelley said, ”We quit signing up members when
we got 4,500. It was so big, We just quit taking
names.”
