The COLLIN COUNTY GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY meets on the second Tuesday of each month,
September through June, 7:30 p.m., at the Gladys L. Harrington Library, 1501 18th
Street, Piano, Texas. Visitors are welcome.
Membership is $7.50 per year for individual or family, and includes subscription
to the quarterly publication, COLLIN CHRONICLES.
All memberships and subscriptions start on September 1. Back issues beginning
with September of the current year will be sent to those joining after that date.

COLLIN CHRONICLES is published quarterly by the Collin County Genealogical Society,
in September, December, March, and June.

Volume I (1981) (40 pages plus index) $6.00
Volume II (1982) (58 pages plus index) $7.50
Volume III (1983) (68 pages plus index) $7.50
Volume IV (1984) (40 pages plus index)* $5.00
*Numbering system has been changed, so that Volume IV consists of only two issues.
Queries are free for members. The charge for non-members is 25 per typewritten
line (about 80 spaces), not including name and address. Minimum charge is $1.00.
Books will be reviewed upon receipt of a copy of the book, which will be placed in
the genealogical section of the Hafrington Library after reviewing.
Advertising will be accepted at the following rates:
Full page (7" x 91 ") $25.00 Quarter page (3 " x 4") $8.00
Half page (7" x 4") $15.00 Eighth page (2" x 4") $5.00
Camera ready copy is preferred; if pictures are to be used, half-tones must be provided
at the advertiser's expense.
The editors welcome material for publication, such as Bible records, diaries, old
newspaper clippings, letters, and any other records of early Collin County and its
citizens. The material will be used at the discretion of the editors, and can not
be returned.
The society would like to exchange quarterlies with other genealogical societies
or private publishers.
