ary, 1942, in a certain suit No. 2957,
wherein The State of Texas is Plain-
tiff, Mrs. Emma Baker, her un-
known heirs and legal representa-
tives, Baker, husband of said
Mrs. Emma Baker, her unknown
heirs and legal representatives,
unknown owners and their un-
known heirs and legal representa-
tives, are Defendants, in favor of
said plaintiff and | or impleaded
party defendant, for the sum of
Thirty-four and 94-100 ($34.94) Dol-
lars for taxes, interest, penalty and
costs, with interest on said sum at
the rate of six per cent, per annum
from date fixed by said judgment,
together with all costs of suit, that
being the amount of said judgment
rendered in favor of said plaintiff
and | or impleaded party defendant
