judgment should not be rendered
against you and the said land and
lota sold under foreclosure of said

ronailitites and costs, and all court
costs, all of which, together with oth-
er 'and further relief, general and
special, being fully set out and pray-
ed for in the plaintiff’s original peti-
tion filed in said court on the 4th
day of August, and appearing on the
docket thereof as suit No. 1529,
wherein the State of Texas is plain-
tiff, and G. W. Hutchinson, E, R,
Lane, J, W. Baylor, their heirs and
legal representative®, and all persons
owning or having or clearning; any in-
terest in said land cr lots ar« de-
fendants.

of the laws of Texas, and by virtue
of the authority vested in me as
chairman of the Democratic execu-
tive committee of the 94th represen-
tative district. I hereby call, a
meeting of delegates .to said conven-
tion to be held in the court house in
Golditihlwai'te, Texas, at 2:30 p. m. on
Saturday, August. 26, for the purpose
of declaring this results cf th® pri-
mary election held on July 22, 1916,
for (the nomination cf a candidate
for representative for the 94th dis-
trict, to elect a chairman for said
district and to transact any other
bus n,e,ss that may lawfully come be-
fore said convention.
