TAX ROLLS COMPLETED.
Tax Assessor A. E. Evans has com-
pleted the rolls for Goldthwaite Inde-
pendent school district for the year
1912. The total shows a substantial
gain from last year. The total valu-
ation of property in the district is
$1,084,110, against $975,795 last year,
an increase of $108,315 for this year
over last year. The total tax as-
sessed is $5,425.39, of which $1,650.68
goes to the interest and sinking fund
account and $3,774.71 to general pur-
poses.
This makes a fine showing for thd
