Farifield, Texas, on the following
described Road Machinery for
Commissioner’s Precinct No. 4,
Freestone County, Texas.
One Diesel Motor Grader, Hy-
draulic Controls throughout, with
12 ply tires, with or without Load-
er Attachment.
At said place the Court will pro-
ceed to let a contract if any bid be
acceptable. Certified check in the
amount of Five per cent (6%) of
bid will be required. The Court re-
serves the right to reject any or
all bids.
If any contract is made the
Court intends to issue time War-
rants for all or part payment
thereof in the amount not to ex-
ceed ($8,000.00)- said Warrants to
bear interest* at the rate of 4 per
cent per annum and the full amount
of said Warrants to mature at a
date not later than April 1962.
