was badly hurt last week. While
Mr. Butler was hauling Stocks to
the sawmill, the wagon went down
into a slant in tbr road aud the
Btock rolled over on him aud broke
three of his fibs. Mr. Butler, is a
new comer in four ivicinity, and we
arq sorry he tbus|got crippled. He j
is getting along feTy well.

Gaddy pastor, there were three ac-

faceting generally. A minister,

The entertainment at Mr. and
Mrs. Johnson's recently was very
nice. There were some of the girls,
from town there.
There was a sociable given at
the residence of Mr. and Mrs. D.
S. Clark’s on the night of the Ltb.
Miss Angie Compton was at
home last week.
Mrs. Williamson and also Mrs.
