freeholders in said subdivision

qualified voters under the law;
and it further appearing that
said petition was filed on the
8th day of August, 1925, and
that the action now being taken
hereon is at the next regular
term of the said Commission-
ers’ Court thereafter.
It is therefore considered
and ordered by the Court that
the same be, and it is hereby

granted, and said election or-
dered to be held in said sub-di-
vision of said County above de5-
scribed at the usual places for
holding elections, on Saturday,
September 19, 1925, to deter-
mine whether horses, mules,
jacks, jennets and cattle shall
be permitted to run at large in
such sub-division of Freestoife
County, Texas, hereinabove de-
scribed by metes and bounds.
It is further ordered that no-
tice hereof shall be published
for at least 30 days preceding
said election in the Fairfield
Recorder, a newspaper publish-
ed in Freestone County, Texas,
and that C. B. Steward be, and
he is hereby appointed presid-
ing judge of said election at
Stewards Mill, and Ed M. Wat-
son associate judge thereof;
and that C. D. Chappell be and
he is hereby appointed presid-
ing judge of said election, at
Ward Prairie, and G. W. veS-
lal associate “ judge there-

by appointed presiding judge
of said election at St.
