several other ecclesiastics officiated
today at the marriage of Mr. Per-
rin Tiffany eon of Mr. and Mrs.
George Tiffany and who is closely
related to tho August Belmont fami-
ly to Miss Marie ILvemeyer
daughter of Theodore A. Havemoy-
er the multo-millionaire and Aus-
trian consul in this city. The bride
who is an heiress in her on right
was reported soma time ago as en-
gaged to the Prince Von lsenberg
and the announcement of her in-
tended marriage to Mr. Tiffany oc-
casioned some surprise at the time.
By Bpecial consent of Archbishop
Cjrrigan the wedding instead of
being a Cathedral event was cele-
brated in the spacious ball room of
the llavemeyer mansion at MadiBon
Avenue and -'8th street. It was
decorated with over a ton of white
flowers roses lillies and hyaointhes
while a large orchestra a hidden
behind a mound of lillies of the val-
ley with tall brilliant exotics spring-
ing from the center. The invited
guests wore all members of the four
hundred. Miss Dora Iluveineyer a
sistor of the bride was maid of
honor; William Tiffauy was best
man and Perry Belmont and Wil-
liam Tifl'my wore among the ush-
