Upon this day the Hon. County Court met in Special Session in
the Town of Dallas. Present Hon. J. W. LATIMER, Chief
Justice. JAMES CHAPMAN and WM. M. CHENAULT, County Commis-
sioners, T. C. HAWPE, Sheriff, and W. W. PEAK Deputy Clerk.
Upon this day came into

Court WM. IRWIN and others whose petition has been heretofore
filed praying a review of a Road leaving the McKinney Road at
the S.E. Corner of JOHN SEARS field, on by Murrays' leaving
WM. IRWINS' House and farm to the left and intersecting said
McKinney Road at or Near Hunters' Mill, and after due consid-
eration it is Ordered by the Court that JOHN SEARS, DANIEL
MILLER, JAMES E. JACKSON, JOHN W. DAVIS and SLOAN JACKSON
be and they are hereby appointed Reviewers to review said
proposed Route and due report Make to this Court. Issued.
It is Ordered that Court stand Adjourned until Court in Course.

Be it Remembered that upon this the 21st day of February A.D.
1853, the Hon. County Court of Dallas County Met at the
Clerk's office in the Town of Dallas, according to Adjourn-
ment, Present Hon. J. W. LATIMER, Chief Justice, JAMES CHAP-
MAN, WESLEY M. CHENAULT and JEREMIAH HALFORD, County Commis-
sioners, T. C. HAWPE, Sheriff and W. W. PEAK, Dept. Clk.
Upon this day Came into Court J. J. BEEMAN and presented a
petition signed by Numerous Citizen's, praying that a
portion of the County Road, leading from J. J. BEEMAN's in
the direction of Parson's Crossing be Changed as follows, To
Wit, Commencing at said BEEMAN's house, Thence running to
Solomon Corners on the Nearest and best Ground passing his
house on the North, thence to the
