FANS ALL OVER the Valley arc
glad to know that amateur baseball'
is‘at last"- taking a foothold In Hits*
section. For years it w;as tried out I
and failed but now it appears to-be a <
certainty forthwith.
Working on the belief that there
are now enough fans in the Valley to
make the league a success from a fin-
ancial standpoint, in regard to gate
receipts, and expenses of games, a
number of men have worked long and
endlessly to bring about the loop’s
formation. And the result is: the
league is going over wItli diamond,
followers.
