to Hon. M. V. Davis, County .Judge,
La Salle County Court House, Cotulla,
l Texas for the construction of Drain*
age structures for the La Salle Coun-
ty Road System, Project 1 all in
La Salle County, Texas, will be re-
ceived by the County of La Salle
until 10 a. m. June 14, 19 8 and then
in lilicly opened and read.
Detailed plans and specifications of
the work may be seen for examination
at the following places:
La Halle County Court House, Co-
tulla, Texas
San Antonio Builders’ Exchange,
San Antonio, Texas
Mitchell & Hunt, Consulting En-
gineers Transit Tower, San Antonio,
Texas.
Bidders may obtain complete plans
and specifications from the Engineers
on deposit of $25.00 of which $15.00
will be refunded on return of the
plans and specifications in good order
within 10 days after the opening of
bids provided the recipient has sub-
mitted a bona fide bid.
A Certified, or cashier's check on
a Texas bank in the amount of 5 per
cent or more of the largest possible
total for the bid submitted made
payable to the County Judge, must
accompany each bid as a guarantee
that the bidder, if successful, will
enter into contract and make bond in
accordance with the requirements of
the specifications.
Attention is called to the require-
ment that there must be paid on this
project not less than the general pre-
vailing rates of wages which have
been established by the owner and
included in the specifications.
The right is reserved to reject any
and all bids and waive all technicali-
ties involved therein.

proval agencies, schools and training
establishments have been asked to
meet fully their obligatons under the
servicemen’s Readjustment Act.
