Both ot the rfnii Angelo wool merchants assisted by the repie-
bentatives who bought the wool in piepiumg the big purchases for
shipment east. A Press rupiehentative visited both the warehouses
of .Mr. llobhs and Mr. Kichardson. O. T. Uwinu connected with
Mr. Hobbs and Mr Arnold with a toicu of Mexicans were weigh-
ing marking and baling the big sacks and neither would deny or
tillirm that the above details ol the puichase were incorrect. Messrs.
Richardson and Donald with Mexicans were also preparing a huge
amount of wool lor shipment. It is not uu-itomiirv to give out the
details of these deals but this first announcement ol the sale is
authoritative
In regard to his big sale Mr liichanUon feaid : "Tliu is all the
wool that has been brought in and there's much more coining The
prices are on an average of three cents per pound lower than twelve
mouths ago. The top prices last year were from l'.l to L'l cents and
this year from Hi to 1' cents."
