John E. Vayon
ORANGE -Keborah K.
Ohnheiser and John E. Vayon ex-
changed wedding vows Saturday,
Sept. 29 at 2 p.m. in St. Francis of
Assisi Catholic Church. Father
Mazoo officiated the double-ring
ceremony.
The bride Is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Melvin Ohnheiser of
Bridge City.
The bridegroom is the son of Mr.
and Mrs. C.D. Cole of Orange and
the late John B. Vayon.
Organist for the ceremony was
Holly Schulter, and Gayla Trenvo
was vocalist. Reader for the read-
ing was Hank Mires.
The bride was given in marriage
by her father .Gina Mannino served
as maid of honor. Bridesmaids
were Toni Kennedy, Beth Sonnier,
Cyndy Godwin, Shelly Crawford,
Theresa Ozio and Lonna Welch.
Randy Vayon served as best man.
Groomsmen were Kevin Bourque,
Phillip Saperstein, Paul Smith,
Greg Wolford, Jerry Harris and
Philip McCall.
Seating the guests were Stephen
Ohnheiser, Jessie Sonnier, Jessi
Romero and Curt Leger.
A reception was held in the
church hall following the wedding
ceremony. Rebecca Sanford
registered the guests. Serving in the
houseparty were Pam Schulz, Staci
Clowdle, Melissa Spruell, Lisa
Cormier, Leigh Ann Saperstein,
Fonda Bourque, Pat Cole and Lynn
Griffin.
The bride is a graduate of Bridge
City High School and a graduate of
Lamar University and Texas
Women’s University. She is
employed as a dental hygienist by
Dr. S. Mark Messer in Bridge City.
The groom is a graduate of West
Orange-Stark High School and a
graduate of Lamar University. He
is employed with Coastal Technical
Services.
The couple will live in Orange fol-
lowing their honeymoon in Hawaii.

ly of Bridge City, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Oct. 6
