Freed said Hernandez was able to drive
around the corner to another apartment com-
plex and seek help. The brother was not hurt.
Police have not seen Garcia since the shoot-

Police are on the lookout for a man they
believe to be responsible for a shooting in the
parking lot of an apartment complex Friday
that wounded a man’s legs.
Fabian Garcia, 20, is wanted by Baytown
police and if arrested would face charges of
aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Jesse Hernandez, 21, was in the car with
