WASHINGTON, July 19.—The actual drawing of the army by
selective draft will take place at nine thirty Friday morning in
room 226 Senate Building. The war department has announced that
the lottery system will be followed out in the drawing, and every
precaution has been made to give every man registered an even
chance.
