shall have written or printed
thereon the following:

WATERWORKS IMPROVE-
MENT AND EXTENSION
REVENUE BONDS”
“AGAINST THE ISSUANCE
OF WATERWORKS IM-
PROVEMENT AND EXTEN-
SION REVENUE BONDS”
Each voter shall mark out with
black ink or black pencil one of
the above expressions, thus leav-
ing the other as indicating his
vote on the proposition.
5. A substantial copy of this;
resolution signed by the Mayor
of said City and attested by the
City Secretary shall serve as
proper notice of said election.
Notice shall be given in accord-
lance with Article 704, Revised
Civil Statutes of 1925, as amend-
ed. The Mayor is authorized and
directed to have a copy of said
