a delegation of Austin women boost

000 were sent In 1922 from the Unit
ed States to the Phillippines; the
business has grown so in the present
year that Its total for 1923 Is esti-
mated at f5.000.000.

postal authorities are wondering how
they can meet these demands. In-
creased postat appropriations will be
necessary and the idea has been ad-
vanced in some quarters that the col-
