I have been your Justice oif of the Peace for 11 % years, serving with dignity and
fairness. I am a graduate of Midwestern State University and also have completed over
300 hou rs of Justice of the Peace Training School, San Marcos, Texas. I gm and have been
involved with local community affairs: I was a member of Electra Lions Club, member of
the Electra Jaycees, serving 2 years as President-worked 11 years with the Electra Little
League, helping build Biggs Field and serving the Electra Little League as President for
2 years. I built and donated flag poles for the Electra Memorial Hospital and the Electra
Police Department.

The bride’s sister, Mrs. Brenda
Frizell, was matron of honor.

distinctive gowns featuring two-
color contrast of orchid and
purple. Mock surplice bodice
featured a lavish ruffled neckline ‘
that was worn off shoulder. They
each carried white lace fans with
a mixture of orchid and purple
flowers.
The flower girls wore short
knee length dresses of purple,
ruffled sheer polyester, lined in
acetate taffeta with orchid bows.
Each carried white baskets with
flowers and ribbons.
The groom wore a long-tail
white tuxedo.
The groom was attended by his
brother, David Moeller, as Best
Man. Darrell Frizell was gro-
omsman and Ushers were Cloyd
Marsh and Keith Gilmore.
The bride’s parents hosted a
wedding reception immediately
following the ceremony in the
Church Fellowship Hall. Mem-
bers of the House Party were

and Miss Tracy Moerbe at the
Bride’s Table and Tracy Pruitt
