NEARING COMPLETION — Pouring of concrete last week makes completion of the
new parking lot at Electra Memorial Hospital a step closer. The $69,930 project got
underway here in August and will provide four handicapped parking spaces to the south
of the front door of the hospital and clinic, and 45 spaces in front of the facility. Six
additional spaces are being constructed near the emergency room entrance.

Electra High School Tigers
(2-0 in district 9-AA) will host
the Henrietta Bearcats (1-1)
here Friday night in the third
round of conference play after a
37-0 victory over Seymour last
week.
The Tigers and the Wildcats
from Archer City are the only
teams in the district with a
2-0 record at this point. The
Bearcats defeated Seymour in
their district opener, and lost
Friday to Archer City for a 1-1
