A Henderson woman was arrest-
ed on Thursday after failing to yield
the right of way.
Dezseree Danielle Shrum, 27, was
arraigned Friday by Pct. 5 Justice of
the Peace Joe Sorrells for possession
of controlled substance, state jail
felony and possession of marijuana,
Class B. Her bonds total $6,000.
According to the probable cause
affidavit, at approximately 2:40 p.m.

identified after the bank robbery

Texas Rangers and FBI to follow up
on evidence and leads.
According to HPD, at approxi-
mately 10:27 a m- a black male and
black female robbed the East Texas
Professional Credit Union located at
723 E. Main St. in Henderson.
The male subject was armed with
a hand gun and the female was
armed with a knife. According to
HPD, the suspects left the scene in
a silver SUV with an undisclosed
amount of money.
There w ere no employees or cus-
tomers injured during the incident.
The HPD, the Rusk County Dis-
trict Attorney’s Office, FBI and
Texas Rangers are investigating.
If anyone has any information in
reference to this robbery or identifi-
cation of the suspects, please notify
HPD at 903-657-3512.
