SISD to implement new dress
code and grooming standards
Sanger ISD announced last week that a new dress code and groom-
ing standards will be implemented for the 2019-2020 school year. The
district’s dress code is established to teach grooming and hygiene, pre-
vent disruption, and minimize safety hazards. Students and parents may
determine a student’s personal dress and grooming standards, provided
that they comply with the following:
All students will exemplify grooming standards that project a posi-
tive image for the student, school, and District. Hair must be clean and
neatly groomed and worn in a style that does not cover the eyes or eye-
