the storm door locked and
could barely hear the elder-
ly female on the floor inside
the residence. Due to previ-
ous activities with the sub-
ject, we were able to get into
the house to find the subject
laying on the floor. Medics
transported elderly female
to the hospital

- RO checked vehicle on
edge of parking lot along
street, but not in parking
stall. Found both windows
lowered slightly. Vehicle
passenger compartment
full of personal belongings.
Appeared to be secured and
unoccupied. Determined
the vehicle owner had been
transported to the hospital
from this location earlier to-
day. No contact number for
registered owner or family
located

drive after they walked all
over cowling rd as well as
others. UTL owner. Cow-
boy for DCSO came and
retrieved both of them. Bull
had yellow ear tag 20 in
right ear. Smaller one did
not have a tag

sued criminal trespass to
white male from location

- Assisted office and CPS
with possible disturbance.
No answer at the door. Sis-
ter of alleged victim advised
she was not on scene and no
issue at the residence. CPS

contact at residence not no
answer at the door. Sanger
Electric came by while RO
on scene and turned off the
electric to the residence. RO
did not hear anything that

summons. No one home

stated she does not speak
English numerous times
when asked about male
subject in question. When
asked a final time the female
stated if the male subject in
question lived there and she
replied no. The registered
owner of the vehicle parked
in the driveway comes back
the make subject in ques-
tion. RO will pass info onto
the courts.
