heavy rains on Tuesday and
Wednesday, and clear skies
later in the week, the District
9-3A Middle School Track
& Field Meet was moved
back two days. Now the meet
will be held in Brideport on
Friday, April 5 at BHS. See
schedule of events to the
right: The original date was
Wednesday. All four SMS
teams (7th girls/boys, 8th
girls/boys) have a chance to
win the district team titles
against Krum, Gainesville,
Bridgeport and Decatur.
SHS is hosting the Dis-
trict 9-3A High School Track
& Field Championships on
Wednesday and Thursday,
April 10-11. Come out and
see the best runners from
Gainesville, Decatur, Sanger,
Bridgeport and Krum. There
is no entry fee to the event.
