About six months ago, Jim and Christmas time, Russell
Judy Mans acquired a new dog and the cat had something
named Royal Russell McGuire. He's going. The cat would
knock decorations off the

cuts of meat used for this dish. The
final texture should be thick and fill-

Traditionally mutton or kid was
used for Irish Stew. But nowadays,
lamb is used as are beef, pork and
chicken. I will even include one
recipe used by Irish cooks in East
Africa which includes milk. The es-
sential ingredient, however, is the
potato which was introduced to Ire-
x|* | land in the late 1500s by Sir Walter
Raleigh. By the middle of the 18th
Century it was the staple food for
Irish families.
