G. T. McBroom informs The
News that his brother-in-law,
Mr. W. M. Castle is at Tioga
where he is spending a few days
on account of an attack of rheu-
matism, and will in the near
future be in Nocona with a view
of looking into the oil mill situ-
ation at this point. Mr. Castle
has associated with him some of
the most experiencedand wealthy
oil mill men in the state, and it
is probable that several of his
business associates will visit
Nocona at the time that he does.
The intentions of those interested
are not known to The News but
it is highly probable that they
will make Nocona a good propo-
sition when they arrive. It will
be remembered that last sum-
mer $5,000.00 was subscribed in
this city to be given to Mr. Stan-
field and his associates, but this
deal felMhrough. When these
gentlemen reach Nocona steps
should be taken to give them a
hearty welcome and the advant-
ages of our town shown them.
