In commenting the positive
effects of the program on Pa ,
, nola residents. Clabaugh noted ,
that up until now. the Carthage 1
post office has had a very \
small number of openings .
Now. these applicants mav qual
ify for work elsewhere should
they lie willing to relocate or
to commute.
The postmaster added that ;
