From where I ait, wo volunteer
firemen had just been too blamed
busy keeping everyone elae on the
ball—and not realising our own
firehouse was not up to snuff.
Like the man who worries so
much about his neighbors—about
whether they work hard enough,
about whether they can really af-
ford their new ear, about their en-
joying a temperate glass of beer—
that ha forgets to take a good crit-
ical look at hlmaelf now and then.

Music Patrons
I wish to make myself knowh
to our citizens who have recent-
ly moved here—I want you to
know about mi as a music tea-
cher. I have taught here for
years and my work is known to
all my friends except thosse who
have recently , moved to our
town .
My work is piano, voice and
keyboard harmony.
My prices are $8 for eight 45
minute lessons. I make' these
reasonable prices because this is
my home and I have no overhead
expenses such as transportation
Etc.
All my studying was with em
inent master teachers—I was the
only music teacher in the coun-
ty excepting the band for many,
years until the recent illness of
m husband who was our county
attorney until August 8th at his
death.
I won first honors in piano in
my last conservatory work un-
der the instruction of Dr Rein-
hard W. Gebhardt of New York
City — have B. M. degree and
post graduate work in piano.
Sincerely
MRS T E. KNIGHT
