Mrs. Beulah Garrett, sister to
Stonewall County Judge H. H.
Shadle died Saturday evening
at 7:30 following an operation.
She had been ill only about 24
hours.
Funeral services were held at
the Iligginbotham Funeral cha-
pel Monday at 3 Burial was in
the Lamesa Cemetery under the
direction of Iligginbotham Fu-
neral Home .
Mrs Garrett, was born Feb
21 1897 at Agnts Texas a daugh-
ter of Mr and Mrs I N Shadle
They moved to Stonewall pn
1900. She lived at Aspermant
until 1928 when she moved to
Laipsea . Her husband the late
O. E. Garrett died in 1933...
Surviving her are four daugh
ters Georgia Garrett of Midland
Mrs John Getchell of Albequer-
que; Peggy Garrett and Mrs J
Louden of Lamesa; her four
brothers Herman. Clarence; and
Pete Shadle of Aspermont and
Ernest Shadle of Carlsbad NM.
