crews demolished a va-
cant building adjacent
to the drive-through
lanes at Citizens Bank,
just off the Historic
Courthouse Square in
Center
The building, which
was built in the early
60's, was demolished
to make room for a new
parking lot. "We took
a lot of history down
with it" stated Sharon
Ratcliff, with Citizens
Bank.
"There has nev-
er been much parking
here, and the building
was not being used. This
will give our customers
a much easier access to
the bank." She said.
