tie with the Ponies.
Kyle Cannon looked like the
Kyle Cannon of 2006 as he
scored 16 points and collected
10 rebounds against Panola.
Teammate Booker Woodfox
took game-high accolades,
however, with 22 point. James
Fleming scored 20, David
Devezin netted 11 and Brandon
Davis secured 10.
It was the Raven's 14th
straight conference at Anders
Gym.
It was not, however, quite as
easy as the score might indi-
cate. The scrappy Ponies made
a 10-2 surge and with 2:01
remaining, trailed 87-81.
San Jac used the remainder
of the contest to outscore
Panola, 9-2.
That's been an all too famil-
iar pattern for Panola in recent
weeks as they have fallen from
the playoff picture with four
straight lo:
two garnet
no thoughts of a title run.

improvement, however, by

defense and five guards (no
post) on the floor from start to
finish, that is too many, but it

very proud of their efforts," he
