SWEPCO's request to lower the
fuel factors reflects the company's
success in its commitment to ob-

Rambin, SWEPCO's director of
rates. The success of these efforts
can be traced to the company's
efforts to renegotiate the terms of
current fuel contracts, as well as
purchases of low-cost fuel on the
spot market.
