1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons prepared
mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 cup gold Puerto Rican
Rum
1/3 to 1/2 cup unseasoned
bread crumbs
Bake ham in 350° oven
for 1-1/2 hours. Combine
remaining ingredients and
spread over scored fat sur-
face of ham. Continue bak-
ing for 1 hour (10 lbs.)
or 1-1/2 hours (12 lbs.).
Serves 14-16.

although production is
