needs serving trays. If you want to re-
member someone on a birthday or anni-
versary, why not present a tray in their
honor? The donor and the recipient will
be announced at a Sisterhood meeting.
FILING CABINET NEEDED: Sister-
hood could use a filing cabinet. We
would be glad to give someone extra
space in their home or office by “re-
lieving” them of a filing cabinet. Just
let us know by calling the Synagogue
office at MO 6-1881.

MUST. Saturday, September 30th 8
p.m. Pulaski-Rauch Auditorium. Danc-
ing to the music of the Robbins Twins
until 11:00 o’clock. Then the installa-
tion of officers by Rabbi Malev, which
includes J. M. Israel, Pres., Dr. Moise
A. Axelrad, Dr. Kenneth Horwitz, Alfred
Heyman and E. Roby Roberts, Vice
Presidents, Harry Horowitz, Sec’y., and
Ben Paul, Treas. The Board of Direc-
tors and Advisory Board will also be
installed.
A Continental Breakfast will be served
until 12 midnite, at which time all will
go into the sanctuary for Schilos services.

Dr. Walter A. Quebedeaux, Jr., Direc-
tor of Air and Water Pollution Control
Section of Harris County Health Depart-
OUR THANKS
Our thanks go to Mr .and Mrs. Jack
J. Forman for the beautiful new office
equipment donated to our Congrega-
tion. The equipment has not only im-
proved the efficiency but also en-
hanced the beauty of our office.
Our thanks go to Mrs. Max Wert-
heimer and Mr. and Mrs. Henry
Wertheimer for the new typewriter
they have donated to our school
office in memory of their husband
and father Max Wertheimer.

general meeting of the Men’s Club. The
meeting will be held in the Kaplan
Lounge, 8 p.m., Tuesday, October 3,
1967.
All types of pollution are investigated
by Dr. Quebedeaux’s office. He will dis-
cuss the problems involved in the inves-
tigation of pollution in past years as well
as those likely to be incurred as a result
of recently passed legislation, and what
must be done to remedy the pollution
problem.
Dr. Quebedeaux is internationally rec-
ognized as an expert in the field of water
and air pollution. Amongst the many
professional societies and organizations
of which he is a member are the Amer-
ican Industrial Hygiene Association, Air
Pollution Control Association and Royal
Society of Health (England).
Everyone, whether a member of the
Men’s Club or not, is cordially invited
to attend this most enlightening and in-
formative meeting. A question and an-
swer period will follow Dr. Quebedeaux’s
address. Refreshments will be served.
