Pot luck supper begins fall season
This coming Saturday. September
15, the first Pot Luck Supper for this
fall season will be held at the Red
Barn, Hwy 261 (Lakeshore Drive) at
West Lake Buchanan. Evelyn and
Charlie Kuhn, with the help of their
friends, annually put on this opener
and, though I'm pretty sure I know
what the program is. I'm going to
keep the secret and let you be
surprised. You can be assured,
when these folks put on a program it
will be good. Just remember to
arrive about 6:30 with a dish to share
from the serving table and your own
tableware. Beverages will be served
from the counter. These monthly pot
luck suppers are always very well
attended because of the good food,
good fun and fellowship and are free.
Do plan to attend this opening one
and get in the habit of joining your
friends and neighbors for the
