Llano County Public Library

Serving Llano County and the city of Llano, the Llano County Public Library supports over 3,000 residents within the city and over 19,000 residents within the county. The Llano Library System plays a vital role in the daily lives of residents in Central Texas, and its personnel maintain an aggressive schedule of programs for young children and home-schoolers. The Library System reading and study programs are not available through any other local resource. The Llano County Public Library received a Tocker Foundation award to digitize the Llano News, with the goal of preserving Llano history and making it freely available worldwide.
