for the county of Tarrant j at the Court-
house thereof, in the city of Fort
Worth, on the first Mondayin Decent?

2nd day of said month, then and there
to answer the petition of John Kogers,
as plaintiff, fifed in paid Court, ou thb
11th day of September, A. D., 1912,
against Mrs. Minnie Ragsdale, and
Mrs. M. Az Robinson, and the un-
known heir? of Mrs. M., A. Robinson,
as defendants, said suit being num-
bered 33785, the nature of which de-
mand is as follows, to-wit:
That heretofore, about 4th day of
Nov. 1907, defendant Mrs. M. A. Bob?
inson desired to purchase from Rosen
Hu. Land Co. a corporation Lot No. 6,
Blk. No. 14 and Lot No. 9, Blk. No.
76, of Becord Filing to R-.sen Hth.
Add’n. to Fort Worth, Texas, but had
no money with which to purchase
same. That undqr an agreement be-
tween plaintiff and f-u d Mrs. Robinson
and one R. L. Ragsdale, now deceased,
plaintiff paid to said Rpseu Hts. Land
Compa.>v, the full amount of the pur-
oht^se price of above described prop-
erty, and took a conveyance thereof to
bimseif, said money being advanced
under an agreement with the said Mrs,
Robiiiaonaud s id R L Ragsdale that
if wiibju six mouths from date of said
couveyanre, plaintiff should be repaid
sum of 9232.50, the sme being the
purchase price of said property* nnd
the consideration paid for same, tbat
