I was bom and raised in
Stamford. After graduating I
went into farming. I am a mem-
rerof the Church of Christ and
ilso the Lions Club.
My parents are Joe B. and the
ate Alma (Buerger) Bumham,
ind the late Herman Lee Polk
Sr. My grandparents are Fred
and Selma Buerger. My wife
Cheryl, our children Chris and
wife Jodi, Jory, a Junior al
Stamford High and Kerri a 4th
grader at Reynolds Elementary,
stand behind me to make my job
as Commissioner Precinct 2 my
first priority. I am qualified for
purchasing and handling equip-
ment as allowed by Court. My
experience as a welder can be
used at times to save the County
money. In the Commissioners
Court I will practice Communi-
cations and represent each of
you at all times.
I intend to go down in history
as your Commissioner as having
been fair and honest in repre-
senting people of Jones County.
