ing Officer, the Installing
Marshall escorted the to be
officers into the room, then,
after seating the aspirants in
the West, the Marshall
turned to her station.
Explanation was made by
installing Officer of the re-
sponsibility of the officers
and of the importance of the
occasion. Prayer was offer-
ed by Installing Chaplain.
Then the Installing Mar-
shall was directed to call the
roll of officers as their names
were called they formed a
semi-circle at the west of the
altar.
The obligation of the offi-
cers was administered, then
followed in proper form and
order the Installation of the
persons named to their re-

Ice cream and cake were
served to the members of
the fire department by the
following people, residing in
the block of the First Bap-
tist Church: Mr. and Mrs.
Fred Nichols, Mr. and Mrs. A.
G. Smith, Rev. and Mrs. A.
W. Yell, Mr. and Mrs. P.
Hubbard, Mr. and Mrs. Arch
Hubbard, Miss Autrey Smith,
and members of the Catholic
Church.
