Postcard of the porch of the St. Mary the Virgin Church at Oxford. An ornate metal gate stands before a large stone archway that leads into a larger stone building. Intricate detailing graces the façade, including swirled columns framing the entryway, various carved curlicues, and a built-in statue of St. Mary the Virgin. A yellowed shrub stands on the right side of the entryway. Large, arched windows cover the walls of the building. The back of the postcard identifies it as being part of the Salmon Series.
