session of tbe Commissioners’ Court of Rains county, Texas, cams
on for examination the quarterly report of T. 8. Weatherly, Treas-
urer of Rains county, Texas, for the Quarter beginning on the
UWh day nf February, A D 1908, and ending on the llth day of
May, A D 1908, Clod herein on the 13th day of nay, A D 1908, and
the same having been compared and examined by the oourt, and
found to be correct. It is therefore ordered by tbe oourt that the
same be and is hereby approved; and it appearing to the oourt
that during said time the said County Treasurer had received for
account and credit of, and paid out of each of the several county
funds, the amounts set forth, and leaving balance to each of said
