Mrs. G. Stephens returned to
her home in Fort Worth Monday, af-
ter spending several days with her
sister, Mrs. J. F. Hulsey, of this place.
G. H. Redwine has sold to D. W.
Boone the property he recently
bought, known as the White place in
th« west part of town. The trade was
made Wednesday morning.
Mrs. B. C. McDavid and Mrs. John
Dabney of Denton are visiting friends
here this week. Mrs. Dabney will go to
Slaton after her visit here to join Mr.
Dabney, who has been there for some
time and where they will make their
future home.
