Kenneth lohnson
The wedding of Betty Tyler and
Keneth Johnson took place Satur-
day evening at the First Bap-
tist Church in Seguin.
Edward GALLE, ex-’47, recent-
ly was elected to membership in
Pi Tau Sigma, honorary engin-
eering fraternity, at the Univer-
sity of Texas.

The engagement of Anne Harris
to Donald Paul Mueller, son of Mr.
and Mrs. R. R. Akers of Wood-
bury, N. J., is announced this
week by her parents, Mr. and Mrs.
S. W. Harris.
Anne is a graduate of Jefferson
High School and is completing her
freshman year at San Antonio
College. She is a member of the
Jayseegates and the Chorus, and
she was featured as the feminine
leand in the production of “Trial by
Jury” last fall.
Don is a graduate of B’racken-
ridge High School and is a sopho-
more at the College. He is a mem-
ber of the Senate.
No date has ben set for the
wedding.

ing marriage of Carolyn WAT-
SON, ex-’49, and Dr. Dorman A.
Lewis was announced this week.
The wedding is set for Jan. 28 at
Los Angeles Heights Hethodist

John H. J. SYKES, ex-’47, has
been elected to membership in Phi
Lambda Upsilon, national honorary
chemical society, at the University
of Texas.
Betty, a freshman at San An-
tonio College, is a member of the
Jayseegates.

more, to Lola Mae Smith was so-
lemized Jan. 3 at the County
Court House of Guadalupe County,

nounced recently, but no date is
set for the wedding. The parents
of Beverly Goldwjfn of St. Louis
told of her betrothal to Irving
Herbert HARRIS, ex-’43.
The engagement of Shirley
NEWMAN, ex-’46, to Frank L.
Felcman has been announced by
her parents. The wedding date has
not been set.
