Brenham,
night to grapple with roaring
The big one, who weighs 320
pounds, get his name from Ham
Fisher’s creation of Humphrey
Pennyworth. Not only does he use
the monicker, but the real
Humphrey looks and acts like the
figment of Fisher’s creative draw,
ing imagination.
When Humphrey moves inside
the ropes here, the pavilion ring
will have been strengthened un-
derneath the floor. Pfomqter
Travis Phillips says that he had
to reinforce it for 275 pound Kil-
ler Kowalski, so he figures tt
will juaed it again for 45 more
pounds.
’ Main Worry
The main worry of Humphrey’s
opponent. Leo the Lion, will be
to keep the giant from falling
on him. Besides that, Leo will
have to watch out for his foe’s
head, reported to be the hardest
one in the wrestling world.
That one-two punch, plus his
amazing strength, has allowed
the ring newcomer to pile up the
victories, and with them popu-
larity.
Leo is no slouch, though, and
he gets his werkouts by wrestling
his pack of live lions. Leo proved
to the local fans a while back
that he is rough and tumble, and
likes it rugged inside the ring,
and he’ll give Big Humphrey a
tough time.
Supporting this main event
will be a match between Rito
Romero and Ruffy Silverstein.
Both were winners on last week’s
card.
Rito and Ruffy both are
“heady" wrestlers, with Silver-
stein being known as one of the
most well-rounded performers
IXhpn it comes to knowing the
holds.

are on sale at the usual down-
town places—the New York cafe
