of Hardin County—Greeting:
You are hereby commanded to
summon Selma Parker by mak-
ing publication of this citation
once in each week for four con-
secutive weeks previous to the
return day hereof, in some news-
paper published in jour county,
;f there be a newspaper published
therein, but if not, then in any

S. 45 W. 250;
Set post for the South E. corner of
this sitio. Thence west 10000 varas
set post for the S. W. corner; thence
north 2500 varas set post for N. W.
corner; thence east 9960 to the be-
ginning corner, 17 labors'of this sitio
are arable.
Herein fail not, and have before
said court, at its aforesaid next regu-
lar term, this writ with your return
thereon, showing how you have exe-
cuted the same.
Given under my hand and the seal
of said court, at office in Kountze,
district to said 75th judicial dis
trict, to appear at the next regu-
lar term of the district court of
Hardin county, to be holden at
the court house thereof, in
Kountze, on the first Monday in
January A. D. 1926, the same be-
ing the 4tb day of January A. D.
1926, then and there to answer
a petition filed in said court on
the 10th day of November A. D.
1925, in a suit, numbered on the
docket of said court as No. 4513,
wherein Jesse Parker is plaintiff,
and Selma Parker is defendant,
and said petition alleging adultry
newspaper published in the 75th
judicial district; but if there be
no newspaper published in said
judicial district, then in a news-
paper published in the nearest
and final abandonment, wherefore
plaintiff sues for divorce and for
care and custody of minor child
Lonnie Parker a son 4 years of
age and for general relief, all of
which is more fully set out in
plaintiff’s original petition now
on tile in my office to which
reference is hereby made for all
purposes.
Herein fail not, and have before
said court, at its aforesaid next
regular term, this writ with your
return thereon, showing how
you have executed the same.

the said wife of Uriah Davidson if any
there be, and the executors, adminis-
trators and legal representatives of
the said Uriah Davidson and said wife
of the said Uriah Davidson, by mak-

F. Freeman are plaintiffs, and Houston
Oil Company of Texas, Republic Pro-
duction Company, Kirby Lumber Com-
pany, Edwin G. Baetjer, Louis S. Zim-
merman, George Mackubin, Edward
Whitaker, Murray Carlton, Samuel W.
Fordyce and T. S. Maffitt, (Trustees
of Southwestern Settlement and De-
velopment Company), and the South-
western Settlement and Development
Company, Uriah Davidson and the
wife of Uriah Davidson are defendants,
and said petition alleging:
That they are the legal owners and
holders in fee simple title of the fol-
io vving described land, to-wit:

A. W. Smith’s survey on the west
bank of the River Neches for the be-
ginning corner of Uriah Davidson’s

TWENTIETH CENTURY CLUB
The regular bi-monthly meet-
ing of the Twentieth Century
Club met at the home of Mrs.
Clinefelter and mother,
Laura Baker, Dec. 2, 1925.
The subject “Artists” was
ably discussed by Mesdames
Skinner, Yankie, Blow Pratt and
Miss Wright, with Mesdames
Brigance and Britton leading.
Pictures relating to subject were
passed around, adding more in-
terest to members papers.
Talk by Mrs. E. L Adams
Michelangelo was a treat of the
afternoon.
Refreshments consisting of
sandwiches, olives and coffee
were' served to the following
members: Mesdames Brigance,
Bailey, Blow, Britton, Cravens,
J. E. Collier, Adams, Hyman,
Keig, O’Neil, Nicks, Pratt, Wat-
son, Skinner, Weathersby, Yan-
kie, Misses Wright, Kenley and
the hostesses.
Next meeting Dec. 16, with
Mrs. Cravens. Mrs, Britton
assistant hostess.
