Plot: Ryan Gosling is a law-
yer on the verge of joining a
very lucrative law firm until
he gets suckered into trying
his last case for the district
attorney. Enter Sir Anthony
Hopkins. Hopkins plays the
accused in Gosling’s last
case and goes out of his
way to make Gosling's life
a living hell. Hopkins and
Gosling go head to head in
a game of wits as they try
to outdo each other before
it’s too late. “Fracture”
one-liners. Hopkins gives
Hannibal Lecter a run for his
money, while Gosling holds
his own with equally wry,
deceiving smiles, all the
while playing the game. For
fans of psychological thrill-
ers, or if fans are just eager
to hear Anthony Hopkins
call someone “Old Sport" in
his chillingly playful voice,
“Fracture” will not disap-
point.
