Proctor (beside monument above), famed for his equestrian
monuments in America and Europe. The Mustang group will be
unveiled May 31. “Mustangs. They Carried the Men Who Made
Texas, says the inscription on the center panel of the pedestal
on which the l;>-foot high monument is mounted.
